Saielle of the Willow Tree
Saielle of the Willow Tree
Fixed with no drama! 🛠️✨ Just finished a tricky restoration on "Saielle of the Willow Tree" from the vintage Enchanted Woodland Faeries collection. The wing's mounting stud had snapped off completely and was wedged deep inside her back. I carefully drilled out the broken fragment, embedded a metal screw into the wing base for stability, and re-sculptured the outer peg using UV resin. The new stud is incredibly strong and fits perfectly! 🧚♀️
“Grace did a awesome job fixing my Bronze Fairy — the wing snapped off inside her back. Grace had to remove the broken insert and make a mould strong enough to hold the long fairy wing. I was not sure if it could be done; Grace said to leave it with her and the result was beautiful.”

The repair
The wing mounting stud on this Saielle of the Willow Tree figure had snapped off completely, with the broken fragment wedged inside the back. We drilled out the broken piece, embedded a metal screw in the wing base for strength, and rebuilt the outer peg with UV resin so the wing mounts securely again.
About this item
Saielle of the Willow Tree is an Enchanted Woodland Faeries display figure from the modern fantasy giftware era, a category that became popular in the late 1990s through the 2010s. Pieces like this are usually sold by specialty gift and crystal shops rather than mainstream toy aisles, with branding… These figurines are typically cold-cast resin (polyresin) with hand-painted finishes, fine wings, and sculpted foliage details around the base.
