Grace went above and beyond to fix my childhood toy. I only needed the nose sewn back on but she went the extra mile to replace the eyes and polish his nose as well. She even washed him and replaced his stuffing with no extra charge! Highly recommend

Grace did a awesome job fixing my Bronze Fairy — the wing snapped off inside her back. Grace had to remove the broken insert and make a mould strong enough to hold the long fairy wing. I was not sure if it could be done; Grace said to leave it with her and the result was beautiful.

Took my girlfriends 20 year old teddy to be fixed very last minute and i was able to be fit in so quickly. my girlfriends teddy was ready the next day and looked identical to how he was years ago. couldn't recommend them any higher — thank you guys

Grace did a wonderful job repairing our teddy bear that was over 60 years old. She researched the issues and came up with a great solution. Perfect work including fixing an extra issue at no cost. Lovely manner and very good and quick communications. Very highly recommend.

The toy doctor did flawlessly. Our several decade old bear was in a bad shape so we mailed it to the toy doc to see what would happen. Our bear was very quickly returned to its former glory and mailed back to us in no time. Extremely professional service.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided. We have a reading pen for a Japanese/English children's book that had stopped working. I had no idea and it would have been way expensive to replace. The Toy Doctor was able to track down the fault and repair it so we can enjoy the book again.

Fixed our bears eye that was ripped off from our dog. Wouldn't notice the difference! Went above and beyond and fixed another little stitching section without being asked to! Communication was great. Was honest about possible timeframe outcomes and replied to emails almost instantly. Would use again :)

Took two Guitar Hero guitars that had battery leak and weren't working. Tried to fix it myself and almost did more damage than good to it! Found the Toy Doctor and glad I did!! Really great toy doctor! She can repair all sorts of electronic devices. Helped me with a TV remote, clock and pepper grinder. I found she is highly educated in electronic engineering with experience in Hong Kong and Australia. She is keen on rescuing electronic stuff — I highly recommend trying here before sending things to the bin.
