The repair

Both hilts in this Ahsoka Tano Legacy lightsaber set had lost reliable power — classic symptoms of corroded or sprung battery contacts in the AAA compartment. Each hilt was carefully disassembled to access the battery box and contact strips. We cleaned and reseated the terminals, then rebuilt the hilts and checked sound and blade lighting before hand-back.

Disney Parks Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Ahsoka Tano Legacy Lightsaber Set (Walt Disney Imagineering; released 2023). Pair includes a single-blade saber (~14. 5 in hilt) and a shoto (~10. 3 in hilt), both curved silver with grey panels and white diamond accents. White translucent blades are Ahsoka-specific and not interchangeable with standard Legacy blades. Each hilt uses motion and clash sensors, film-style hum and clash SFX, removable blades, and 3× AAA cells. Character design follows Star Wars Rebels, The Mandalorian, and the Ahsoka series.
