Sherpa teddy — deep clean, patch repair, new eyes, and restuffing
Brown sherpa teddy blue ribbon
This brown sherpa teddy with a blue ribbon was flat and worn — we deep cleaned the pile, patched holes and tears, fitted replacement eyes, and restuffed the body.
Work in progress
The repair
The bear had dull, grubby sherpa and several holes and tears where stuffing was escaping. We deep cleaned the fabric and patched the damaged areas so seams stay closed under use. Missing or damaged eyes were replaced with safe matching parts, and the body was restuffed so the teddy sits upright and feels even again. The blue ribbon was checked and left neat at the neck.
About this item
This brown sherpa teddy with blue ribbon is a gift-plush bear in the textured sherpa-fleece style that became common in the 2000s onward. Ribbon-neck teddy formats are a staple of florist, pharmacy, and department-store plush assortments. Materials are usually polyester sherpa fabric, polyester stuffing, and satin or grosgrain ribbon trim.
