This Hallmark reading buddy teddy would not respond when squeezed — we repaired the ear trigger switch and circuit board, then opened and re-stitched the body so sound works again.

The repair
The bear stopped triggering its voice because the switch in the ear was faulty and the circuit board needed attention. We repaired the ear trigger mechanism and serviced the board so playback is reliable again. The body was opened for access, then carefully stitched closed so the plush looks neat and the electronics stay protected inside.
