Tan cream floppy dog — deep clean, restuff, and eye polish
Tan cream floppy dog plush
A well-loved tan and cream floppy dog plush, a companion for about twenty years, arrived flat and grubby with scratched plastic eyes and tired stuffing. We deep cleaned the pile, replaced the fill, and polished the eyes so he looks close to new again.
“The best toy doctor around, I can't thank you enough for how wonderful you did to revive my Fiancé's stuffed doggie. It looks pretty much brand new, would highly recommend her for any toy related work.”

The repair
This dog had been with his owner for about twenty years, so the cream pile was dull and matted, the body had lost its shape, and the plastic eyes were cloudy with surface scratches. We deep cleaned the plush, removed the old compressed stuffing, and restuffed for an even floppy pose. The eye lenses were masked and polished to clear the scuffs without damaging the surrounding fabric, so the face looks bright again for many more cuddles.
About this item
This is a lying-down floppy plush dog in cream and light tan short-pile fabric with long brown ears, a brown patch over one eye, and a matching brown rump patch. The face has a soft brown fabric nose and glossy brown plastic safety eyes on stems — a common mass-market nursery and gift-plush layout from the late 1990s through 2000s (department-store and import assortments rather than one fixed licensed character). Construction is usually a sewn shell with polyester fiberfill and a hidden belly or side seam. Without a readable sewn-in label, identify by the lying pose, ear length, eye-patch marking, and fabric hand rather than a single branded SKU.
