Only the staff arrived — the head had broken off with studs stuck inside, and a prior epoxy fix had failed. We rebuilt the joint with a tiny bolt and shaped nut so the staff head is removable again, as requested.

The repair
The client posted only the staff. The head had broken away with the studs still stuck inside the staff head, and an earlier epoxy repair had failed. We shaped a tiny nut into a square, drilled the staff head and cut a matching square recess, then epoxy-set the nut in place. The shaft was hand-drilled, the bolt head was cut off, and the bolt stud was epoxy-fixed into the staff. Once cured, the head screws on and off — a removable staff head, as requested.

This is the signature mage staff accessory from Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End figure releases — a slender maroon shaft with a gold-finished head, central red gem in a circular frame, and red binding detail. Matching staffs ship with several official lines, including Good Smile Company Nendoroid Frieren and other scale / articulated figure releases of the character. Only the staff was sent for repair (not the full figure). Construction is painted plastic typical of anime figure accessories; the fragile neck between shaft and head is a common break point when the peg or stud shears inside the socket.
